Access to the Archive will be available via IP address. Just as the rest of the CSHL Press journals are, the Archive will be hosted on the HighWire platform, with similar navigation and functionality.

No, after the one-time purchase, access is perpetual.

Yes, counter-compliant statistics will be available--as for any other CSHL Press journal.
